Returns & Exchanges

 

All our shoes are sent out 48hr delivery via Royal Mail. Once you have placed an order you should receive a tracking number when the order has been dipatched so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way. If a delivery has been attempted but no one is in, you should receive a card telling you there's a parcel waiting for you at your local Royal Mail DO.

 

RETURNS

For all UK customers, where a full price item has been purchased you can return your Rogues within 14 days or receiving them via our free returns service. All shoes must be in perfect resellable condition inside their box or a charge may apply. Please email katie@roguesshoes.com for a link to the label.

Sale or discounted items can be returned within 14days for a refund by posting them back to the below address. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining your receipt.

International orders can also be returned to the below address within 14days for a refund.

EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange your Rogues for a different size, we recommend reordering as new size and returning the other pair, as styles can sell out fast online and we don't want you to miss out.

However if you wish you can also write on your invoice inside the box 'Please exchange for size __' and send your order back per the instructions above. If we have the stock available we'll then get this processed and send out to you your new pair as soon as we get the old ones back.
