Returns

In the UK once the order has been processed in the warehouse all our shoes are sent out 48hr delivery via Royal Mail. Once you have placed an order you should receive a tracking number when the order has been dispatched, so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way. If a delivery has been attempted but no one is in, you should receive a card telling you there's a parcel waiting for you at your local Royal Mail DO. 

International shipments will similarly receive an email containing a tracking number once the order has been despatched from the warehouse, for whichever carrier was selected. 

In the event that external factors impact the selected courier service, any resulting delays in your delivery are out of our control and thus cannot be held responsible for them. 

CLEARANCE + DEPOP RETURNS

Please note all clearance and Depop sales are final and we will not accept the return or exchange of pairs purchased during these sales.
  
NON-SALE ITEM RETURNS

For all UK and International customers, you can return your Rogues within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund. We provide a free returns service for all UK customers. Please email katie@roguematilda.com with your order number to get a free returns link or any returns information. Any returns outside of this period are exchange only.
 
All shoes must be in perfect resellable condition or the return will be refused. Damages to the box or omission of the box from your return/exchange will result in a £5 charge.
 
We do not dispatch orders over the weekend. Any order placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
 
If items you have ordered are out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you through the email you provided when placing the order. If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.
 
Your Rogue's have been carefully made by hand in Portugal by artisans. Due to the hand craftsmanship and our unique material choices, slight irregularities may be noticeable. We do not consider fabric nubs, minor markings or inconsistency in colour as constituting a flaw.

SALE + DISCOUNTED ITEM RETURNS

All items bought in the sale or promotions can be returned for a full refund within 14 days, however the postage costs and delivery of goods are the customers responsibility. Please contact katie@roguematilda.com for the returns address information and we recommend using a tracked service and retaining your receipt. 

 

**If for any reason due to COVID 19 you cannot return your Rogues within the returns period, please get in touch to explain within 14 days of receiving and we can make special circumstances, otherwise the return will be rejected. 

 


EXCHANGES


If you want to exchange your Rogues for a different size, we recommend reordering as new size and returning the other pair, as styles can sell out fast online and we don't want you to miss out.
