What do you love most about your job?

The flexibility. That I can be at the school gates on time but also drive my career forward without having to ask permission from anyone - specifically stale, male media men in my previous job as a journalist. Work is my ‘something’ while my kids are my everything.

Where's your favourite hangout?

The V&A Museum of Childhood. Think classic Barbie dolls and Spider-Man toys with lots of interactive fun and strong coffee. I love the vast space and how it’s adult and child-friendly.

What's top of your playlist right now?

Cannons Bright Lights.

What's your most loved piece in your wardrobe?

This leopard print Kitri dress I wore for the shoot. I’ve worn it to Parliamentary round tables and kid’s parties alike. It’s perfect with heels and spot on with trainers. And wipe-clean. Which, with kids, is golden.

How many pairs of shoes do you own?

In my daughters words: “Too many Mummy and there’s no space for our shoes or Papa’s. It’s crazy.”

What do your Rogues say about you?

Comfortable - which is an underused attribute. I’m here for comfort at 41 with two kids and a mortgage. But also fun. The comfort is in the trainer and the fun is in the metallic finish and ruffled details. I’m always at the ready for school run or business meeting and these straddle both. Comfortable and a bit ruffled.
